As a fan of the video game "Brink", I decided to create a logo for the Ark - the man-made island on which the video game is based. The final revision of the logo & secondary version are below.

After creating the logo, I felt like a website would be a fun little project to do on the side, and it would also give me a little more experience with web design. The website homepage was designed from scratch without a wireframe. I used the font Open Sans as it's free and looks great. I used a blue & grey colour scheme, using the hex colours #0086BE and #23262B along with a simple white background.
