Glass Multifunctional Bowls
From the collaboration with ALMA, Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana,Aria Alfa and Beta bowls were born. Two new bowls rooted in nature, replicating its most authentic forms and thus rejoining the essence of culinary art to the purity of the elements of nature.
Alfa seems to run into a blossoming flower that opening appears to let discover its precious treasure, be it a delicious dish or a prized dessert. Both in standard and in inverted position, it creates "naturally" different bouquets into the bowl, giving to the chef a rare ally in the presentation.
Beta transpose into the glass an original leaf by which it was possible to drink to natural spring sources or eat directly inside them. It allows serve dishes where you combine solid and liquid components. The presence of the spout makes it possible to directly drink any liquid parts contained. The heights on the sides allow to present the dish with any accessories.
These bowls have been selected by IKEA among the new products dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the brand and are on sale in its shops as Lotsfisk & Grisfisk.
