The Challenge
Trust in banks has waned since the collapse of the Lehman Brothers in 2008. The challenge is to reassure the public that OCBC remains fair in their dealings with the customers, and remind their staff to uphold the fair dealing outcomes when they conduct business. 

Insights
Customer service is a key factor for building trust between the bank and customer. A positive banking experience with the employees gives customers reason to trust in the institution.
