Pet Project Brochure

The objective of this project was to create a brochure by using a basic object as a symbol to share an idea. Over the course of the semester, I completed several photo shoots of the same object. They were all shot in different placements and areas throughout the course of the semester. The purpose of object was for it to be used as a symbol in conjunction with an article. The article was chosen from the LDS.org website and was used to complement the images that were taken over the course of the semester. The final step to the project was to use the images and article together to make a 20 page brochure. This was done over the course of three weeks starting with sketching a design of the brochure. After receiving a critique from the instructor as well as fellow classmates the following step was to create a digital brochure. Using the sketches, images and the article a digital design was made and submitted for a second review from the instructor as well as my classmates. The final part of this brochure was to use the feedback to modify and polish out the final design of the brochure. As a final element the brochure was to be placed in a mock-up to show how the final design would look in a real world environment.
