A collection of shots I posted to my Dribbble account in the last 6 months or so. I really enjoy the flexibility of being able to post short snippets of my work on Dribbble quickly and easily. Sometimes, to warm-up after a long weekend, I'll make a small shot just for Dribbble to grease my design and motion gears! Here are a few of my favorites.
"Production" is an icon animation I am working on for a website I am designing. This will be a CSS image swap rollover animation for a set of icons designed for the website.
This is a small snippet from an animation I worked on at GP. The video is announcing a new line of products to retailers, and I wanted to make sure it was snappy and engaging, as opposed to the more typical sales-pitch type videos.
This is small sample of a logo design I am working on for a friend of mine. She is a lifestyle photographer specializing in newborn photography. She asked for a calligraphy-style design, so I quite literally dipped my pen into unknown territory and am quite happy with the result! Calligraphy is so enjoyable and therapeutic!
Another warm-up shot I made during the holidays. I love Christmas so much, and for all the "wrong" reasons. I love it for the food and presents and lights and music and all the cheesey stuff, haha! I could not contain my excitement, so as soon as December rolled around, I had to get it out of my system somehow!
A more somber shot. Overwhelmed by the tragedy in Paris last November, I made this shot. The text translates to: "Paris, we are with you.". The text in the background is from Victor Hugo's Les Miserables. The lyrics seemed appropriate. "Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.".
Another quick warm-up shot. I designed this camera icon and wanted to see it snap a photo!
I animated a bunch of characters from the typeface "Scratch" by Luis Palencia for a project I was working on. These were super fun so as another warm-up I made a quick "hello" gif. Check out Luis' typeface here: https://www.behance.net/gallery/14427345/Scratch-Typeface
