This artwork is showing how two faced people can be. The barbie mask is representing the 'fake smile' that people show to others. The medusa head is representing the 'evil face' that shows their true intensions. I sculpted the barbie mask and the medusa head with clay. I painted the barbie face with acrylic paint, and I dry brushed the medusa head. I used wires for the snakes and clay for the snake heads. I cut papers into the shape of snake tongues and stuck them into the heads. I spray painted the snake with acrylic paint mixed with water. And I put drops of red acrylic paint to show the blood under the head. Finally, I put string to show that the mask is being pulled away to reveal the evil intent.
