A collorative project for our semester 1 for me and my classmate, living in Newcastle we noticed the state of the carparks here, be it a bit dodgy, dark and over-all spooky during the night, we made a concept of a friendlier carpark and a matching app to help out those who drive. With the ability to book your space before hand, it cuts the time of lookig for an available carpark.
Once booked, drive on and the app will give directions, a map is also available
The app also comes with a profile page and a generated QR code which enables the drive to access the booked carpark. Driver is charged by card to eliminate the usage of paper to print tickets.
Also conceptually would have access to the camera for drivers usage to ensure their car is safe
- a button to ring the security if the occasion arise
- or ask security to keep watch as you get to your car for those late nights.
