Winning entry for the Colombian show of the "La rue est à nous... tous!" exhibit (The street belongs to all of us!).
"Urban light" translates traffic flow into a more legible visualization based on light patterns.
It allows for an abstract & analytical approach to the complex relationships that emerge from the city's traffic system by translating them into shapes & trails. "Urban light" is developed by a common element to highways: The light emitted by scores of automobiles and urban signaling. Light is treated as a manifestation of a collective conscience, and allows for its graphic and aesthetic comparison.
