Outstanding wholesaler of natural cosmetics
Malowia is a wholesaler that distributes natural cosmetics based on high quality raw materials from different parts of the world. What makes Malowia different from the competition is the approach to their customers – they are their partners. They assist with knowledge regarding building and developing e-commerce platforms. They educate and give marketing materials, but also help with tuning the offer. Behind the Malowia brand there are young, but experienced people, who want to share with others what’s best in nature, but also to inspire others to build and develop an e-commerce business.
Our job was to create a brand based on the name provided by our client — MALOWIA. It is a wordplay from MY LOVE phrase, that relates to passion. We knew that because of the big number of cosmetic brands – and different, but also quite simple etiquettes and packaging – we needed to choose something that won't be overwhelming, but instead that will give a personality to every brand from the shop, while not making them its assortment background. From definition Malowia has to be a company that offers everything what’s natural, in a new form, and fresh model. The same applies to our project.
We’ve chosen a fusion of nature and what in design is mostly associated with it – a carton, raw paper – with powerful colours and simple design. So, we have a simple logo with a sign of leaf-heart form, supplemented by simple typography, a pattern created from icons and game of colours, that is the main element of the website.
