These are some images of drawings from a notebook I drew in while on a field trip to Madrid in 2011 where we visited the Museo Del Traje; an amazing costume museum containing both traditional costume, fashion garments and a retrospective of spanish design. This museum was truly inspiring and fascinating I spent a hours there drawing the most interesting garments, my favorite were the bullfighting costumes - Traje de Luces(which translates as suit of light) these ornate uniforms are fascinating as they are so beautiful and delicate but are used for such a brutal custom.
