The "Bullying is NOT Cool!" campaign is a Public Service Announcement developed to create awareness of the pandemic of bullying . Using Charlie Brown characters, and keeping the ad in black-and-white (which is indicative of newspaper comics) help to draw the attention of various age groups. The purpose of the ad is to also drive traffic to stopbullying.gov as a resource.
