Visit Lampung - The Exotic Escape

Currently, in accordance with the spirit of regional autonomy which has been implemented since 2004 in Indonesia, several provinces have been seriously aware
of the importance of destination brand to support the success of Indonesia national tourism campaign, Wonderful Indonesia. To represent the soul of Lampung maritime tourism visually, we need a creative concept that is able to answer the insight of backpackers, which is the desire to fulfil the physical and cultural
motives. One way that can be done to persuade the target audience can be reached through the selection of relevant tourism tagline and visuals.

Lampung tourism brand identity is inspired by labyrinth and waves, an abstract image of an escape to a fulfilling utopia.
The visual pattern in Lampung tourism brand identity uses a grid system which eliminates the horizontal structure,
a system designed based on the anatomy of Lampung traditional alphabet. The grid system can be used flexibly
combined with visual style of Lampung traditional tapestry, and consistently applied to the overall design of
Lampung tourism brand identity, such as logo, typography, illustration, and layout.
