Food in Motion is a research book for my thesis. This research book examines the issues of the current farmers’ market system and its sustainability as a local food hub.
Food in Motion is the title of the campaign, devised as a resolution to the issues. This campaign features a mobile food cart to reduce the workload of farmers, and encourage customer participation.
