While attending George Mason University in the Arch Lab, a few colleagues and I embarked on a user research project to compare the most recent versions of Microsoft Word. As Word is an extremely ubiquitous word-processing standard, nearly everyone you ask will have their thoughts and preferences for (or more likely, against) varying versions.
