Channapatna is a town located 60 kilometre away from Bangalore, India. It is famous for the craft of making toys using ivory wood, lacqureware and turning processes.The craft is born 200 years ago and is carried forward by the talented artisans generation by generation.
Crafts are the heritage. They are the culture of a place and the people. To bring them to a platform using design was the main agenda of this project.
