The main theme of my series of illustrations is unexpected appearance of any kind of art in strange inappropriate places where this art is ignored. It is the contrast between two different worlds, the comparison of different realities. The first illustration with people sleeping under the huge picture "The Appearance of Christ before the people" by A. Ivanov in waiting room of railway station is the Voyage and Return. The second one with the old lady playing violin in the underground is the Quest. And the third one with ballet dancer in the suburban train is the Rebirth.
