I was recently tasked to create the illustration for an upcoming show produced by dancer/choreographer Jennifer Harge's Harge Dance Stories happening in Detroit this May. The idea behind the show was the growth of both womanhood and motherhood in the black community, so the illustration itself would show that idea through its expressive nature. Along with the illustration I also did the design of the posters and postcards that will be sent out as well.
