Foodiescph - pop-up & gourmet club.

Foodiescph started out as a experimental everyday gourmet club staring 7 friends.
We wanted to challenge each others creativity, tasting, and visualization skills in the kitchen. The conceptual thinking has been key from the start.
After a year meeting up once a month we decided it was time to share some of our best dishes with others. Therefore, we scaled up the concept and arranged a one night pop-up restaurant at KW3 in Østerbro, Copenhagen. A creative space for social innovation. 
We had focus on the full-experience for the guest. Therefore, all guests were turned in to "Food Tasters" for a night by rating each dish on 4 different parameters.
Besides that, the guest was engaged to style "Dish nr. 2" and pacipate in the instagram competition on the most beatiful styles dish and picture.
If you ask us, it went pretty well. It look like the guests felt the same way. First, but definitely not the last pop-up event from Foodiescph.
