It works by pulling the strings in two different areas (the center and the outside) to change the shape of the towel to a bag.
The first thing to do is to pull the center strings, folding a base to create a bottom for the bag/basket.
Then we pull the strings on the edges of the towel to create the walls of the bag/basket.
And it's ready.
The strings then can be used to carry it on the shoulders.
After finding a good spot, repeat the process in the oposite way to unfold the towel.
