My inspiration was origami

My first proposal for a logo was the letters A and D in lowercase. Largely inspired by the origami house in 

After several changes the final logo was the uppercase letter A in maintaining the inspiration origami but much more simplified. To reduce costs of printing my proposal was monochromatic.
