Branding Package - Dept. of Veteran's Affairs

A New Brand for a Promising, New Program
While on a consulting engagement with Deloitte Consulting at the Department of Veteran's Affairs, I created these logos and branding package for the new program we were supporting. It allowed them to market themselves with credibility across the organization in order to grow their membership. The VA PMCOE stands for the Veteran's Affair's Program Management Center of Excellence, a program established to aid in improving program and project management and related disciplines throughout the VA.
The logo also set the palette for other branding elements. So making the color codes available was a first step in maintaining brand conformity.
Within the VA PMCOE was a sub-program, SME Support, that enabled subject matter experts (SMEs) to be gathered and deployed throughout the organization in an effort to teach and address issues with the support of experts. It, too, needed a logo due to it's need to be advertised internally.
The following three documents are excerpts from the branding guidelines package, which was distributed to all program administrators and consultants. This ensured that we presented a unified brand, which greatly enhance program credibility and professionalism - key elements in a newly federated program.
...and a government program isn't set until it has its own powerpoint template. This is just one of the template pages, which helped them quickly and easily create needed presentation material.
Thanks for looking!
