The Cooks of Mill Reef features photos of the indigenous cooks (and their recipes) who prepare meals for the Mill Reef Club members. Proceeds from sales of the book are used to improve the lives of the people of Antigua and Barbuda. Translucent overlay over 35 photos, 170 recipes, 242 pages, 8¾” x 8¾”.
Each Cook has their own spread with a portrait photo and a translucent, printed overlay with a brief, hand written profile.
