Creative Punch was asked to develop the full brand identity of the project, from the naming, to the brochure design, fence and outdoor communication. Our challenge was to create a brand that stood distinctive and elegant, yet that remained accessible and easy for potential buyers to identify with.
The name Balvert evokes the green surroundings, inspiring scenery and natural environment of the project, while situating it within the Ballouneh area. The graphical elements extracted from the name are all about greenery, and mostly the pine forests surrounding the buildings. This was also highlighted in the photography style, which revolves around outdoor activities and a convivial community living.
