Mixed Martial Arts

 

This 8.5” x 11” flyer was created from an older version to promote martial arts and self-defense classes. Adobe InDesign program was used to design this flyer. The purpose of the flyer was to provide an attractive contrast design with organized information. The dotted background was selected because of its pattern and textured appearance. The silhouette was created using the pen tool. This silhouette was designed to create a sense of movement and encourage a female audience. The heading is the Destroyer typeface, which provides a sense of “tough grunge” to the design. The orange color text was chosen for the heading and other important information to create a feeling of “warning” and  contrast the blue background. Reverse text was chosen to contrast the black silhouette and is left aligned. The text positioned to balance the silhouette while the  overlapping heading creates a feeling of depth in the design.
