OverDrive Jam & Dance Showcase (OVRDRV) is an annual dance event in Boston. It was created to promote authentic street and hiphop dance culture, and to bridge the gap between the different communities within the dance scene by showcasing all styles of street dance on the same stage.

 

Not only was I an event coordinator, but I also designed all the promotional materials for the event, this one being the fourth OVRDRV. I did not design the original logo, but every year designed a different theme and colors for the event. For this one, I focused on the idea of "and" to create the background pattern.
