    Organic and healthy food market and restaurant in the Mall Plaza Pakita, Envigado Colombia. This place, which had been operating only as an organic food market, approached us to do a complete re-design of its architecture and exhibition areas, with the need to add areas for the preparation and sale of hot dishes and salads. We improved lighting, increased the furniture for exhibition and sale of products, and included a kitchen, bar and sidebars for seating. The design sought to give this area, located inside a large and dark shed, an image of bright green oasis, just as a “solar” acts in colonial architecture in Colombia. The presence of organic food stands out in a central and leading location, and the strong use of materials such as wood in its natural tone and straw emphasize the connection with agriculture and nature. This place, which had been operating only as an organic food market, approached us to do a complete re-design of its architecture and exhibition areas, with the need to add areas for the preparation and sale of hot dishes and salads.
