In a post apocalyptic scenario of the 22nd century, remaining groups seek to reconstruct the civilization in southern regions of Latin America. There is however a restrictive element: firearms and all type of vehicles or engines based on explosion are prohibited. Use any weapon or engine triggers a lethal retaliation, a powerful beam of energy based on the ideas of Nicola Tesla that kills instantly the lawbreaker. This restriction is exercised by an automatic system of satellites in orbit that watches and punishes each transgressor.
