1960's Jazz Club performances inspired this piece. I began by painting an original print design and bringing it into Photoshop to put it into repeat. Then, I used NED Graphics to color separate, and to clean the file. After, I brought my design into Pointe Carré where I assigned a different double-cloth weave structure to each color. I wove the cloth on an industrial loom. Then, I designed embroidery motifs in Tajima Pulse, which I sewed out on the digital embroidery machine.
