During development, there were several changes with this product. After its launch, it was possible to observe the behavior of the users and of the research applied, that our greatest value was not being perceived. Which resulted in a low conversion. I noted some changes that I believe that could improve our results.

The current version is well thought but it needs some fixes, it needs an improved structure to create a better user experience. Let's talk about my new studies in this product, with focus on UX/UI of three big changes:
I started grouping the common items, refining the structure, discovering new paths and looking how I can link them with the different flows in the product. I needed to know how the user could find the different types of recipes inside on product: special content from chef Claude and looking also others simple recipes. We have a lot of recipes and we need to improve how you can find them more easily.
So, we have some major sections of the product: Chef (recipes, tips, videos), Recipes, Restaurants and Delivery area. Our user data reviews that the events tab doesn't reproduce a good performance and we have some problems to provide this content to our public.
I made a quick interview with people about this area, let them test and explore this tab to find events. The main reply was "I can't find good events that I like". After, I wanted to know how their search for gastronomic events and what are their habits about this culture and lifestyle. Most people said they use other products and apps to solve this problem. Well, I believe that we don't need this area.
Where can we find our best value? In the exclusive area of chef Claude Troigros, where you receive a special and private lesson with one of the best chef of cuisine from Brazil (and from the world? possibly).
Claude Troisgros is a French chef who lives in Brazil for over 30 years and he is considered one of the great names of international cuisine at the moment. He is a celebrity chef in Brazil, where he presents his own TV show "Que Marravilha!" and also one of the jurors in the program "The Taste Brazil", both on the GNT cable channel.
This is our biggest value for the product and it was necessary to create a simple structure easy to understand because we still have some different contents. So, I divided this content into three sections:
