"No Barriers" - Symbol Design

Barrier
noun
plural noun: barriers
a fence or other obstacle that prevents movement or access.
Inspiration
A square room with no exits is an apt depiction of barriers, barring the occupant from the outside. A simple derivation from this is a square, which became the foundation for the symbol.
Explorations

The foundation for the symbol is a square. A square, in this context, depicts enclosure, confinement, rigidity and most of all, bounds.  "No Barriers" would mean a means of escape from these bounds or freedom from confinement.
Breaking the square's perimeter would symbolically mean breaking down barriers, allowing for a means of escape and eventual freedom.  The variations of this stage are below.
The Final Symbol
The variant that seemed the least complex, was used, as simplicity neutralises visual barriers. It is a fragmented or rather deconstructed square. This conveys that the barrier (the square's perimeter), now ceases to exist and is no longer a closed space (form). The broken fragment of the square doubles as an arrow, pointing outwards, indicating an exit from the confinement of the square. Coincidentally, the overall form makes a geometric line drawing of a Nighthawk F-117 fighter jet, symbolising a great escape.
