HMSHOST appointed Conceptional to create a new cafe concept for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, tailored to international travellers in Lounge 2 with focus on Asian passengers. HMSHost operates more than 70 F&B venues at Schiphol and by revamping Lounge 2 they are offering travellers a new culinary experience.

The challenge was to blurring foodservice and retail, this creative process evolved into a luxury food boutique, offering luxury chocolates & champagne, variety of bites and different seating areas - unique viewpoint area where you can watch aircraft arrivals and departures on the runway. Cafe Coco Chocolates & Champagne, in cooperation with Schiphol Airport Retail.

 
Conceptional developed the overall concept in cooperation with Studio Linse, customer journey, functional equipment layout, menu outlines, seating strategy, functional development intent drawings.
 
The concept will be open from March 2016.
