EsteemFit is about mind and body development, it is a campaign that focuses on the positive mental characteristics of wellness. The body of work was engineered to highlight the positive mental attributes that comes from wellness and fitness and its benefits on the growth of an individual. The key focus of the visuals was to take the emphasis off the body and the idealisms that comes with it.
