Part 2: Bio-Paragraph

My character, a rooster who only wants to fall asleep but can't because of the his arch nemesis, a woodpecker, is made for an animated t.v series and appeals to children 5-16 years of age. My character design includes a lot of exaggeration of body parts which include the eyes, and the droopiness/heaviness of the body to portray my characters tired and lazy personality. These qualities need to be identified as the animated series would be about the main protagonist, Remy The Rooster, and their goal to find a quiet place to sleep. However, whenever they find a place to sleep their arch-animal, Willy the Woodpecker, would create noise, forcing my character to try and stop them. This would create crazy and dangerous scenarios for my main character and put them into constant conflict. The entertainment would come from the main characters constant struggle to stop his antagonist and the pain he recieves from it. His design would accompany the short animated comedy series as it would add a sense of irony to the context of the story: all he wants to do is sleep but he can't! We, the audience, feel bad for him but at the same time want to see him fail as we don't want the woodpecker to get caught by him either!
