Last fall Hannah asked if I would design her wedding invitations for her upcoming big day. I was so honored to be asked because I have gotten to know and love Hannah for the past 5 years. She was to have a summer wedding so I wanted to go for bright colors and flowers. I selected the color values from a photo she emailed me. All flowers were created in Photoshop and saved as png files, then arranged in various ways. I first created the flowery wreath logo to give me inspiration for the invitations. Instead of an RSVP card, Hannah and Daniel created a wedding website where people could RSVP. She asked if I could create a Details card instead. Then I created her Rehearsal Dinner invitations with a chalk board effect and used the wreath from her logo there as well. I had so much fun creating these invitations. This was my first time designing any type of invitation, so I learned a lot and the most rewarding thing was Hannah and her fathers reaction when they saw them for the first time. PRICELESS!!
