This poster is designed to commemorate Ahmed Seif Al Islam, Egypt's leading human rights lawyer and a prominent activist. The foreground is a custom made type quote by him that reads "Sorry, my son, and your generation, we dreamt of you inheriting a democratic society, one that preserves the dignity of man. Instead, you inherited the cells we have once entered." The background is a pattern of the names of the many detainees imprisoned in Egypt including his son Alaa Abdel Fattah.
