A pantry party is a bridal shower, where the guests bring items and gifts for the newlyweds kitchen.
Along with a gift, the guests were also instructed to bring along a favorite recipe written on the card included with the invite.

As informed the newlyweds kitchen was to be decorated with red.
I illustrated the flour jar to remain simple and give a kind of vintage feel.
I wanted the invitation to have a more natural kind of old style.
For that reason I had them printed on French Paper's Speckletone "Natural White"
I included the big King Family "logo" on the back of the recipe card to add a more personal touch.
Hopefully the cards will stay within the family for quite some time.
