This was my effort to re-imagine what a Skil drill could look like for the purpose of working on my form development and CAD skills. Focus was put on elevating the clean and simple styling of a Skil drill to be competitive in the modern product landscape, while retaining it's own unique look.
Many of the Skil drills feature simple continuous lines, without the overly aggressive cuts and angular elements which are ubiquitous with power tool design. The styling approach was to utilize simple flowing lines, while still making it visually as exciting as other more aggressive competitor brand drills.
