These are some of the illustrations made for an illustrated book project based on a traditional Italian fairytale.
The story tells of a King who is very ill and sends one of his citizens to find the feathered Ogre.
The feathers are told to be miraculous and the king wants one to recover from his illness.
The man, who doesn't have a name, goes to find the Ogre up in the mountain, where he lives in one of the caves with the daughter of the innkeeper which he abducted.
The man finds many people on his way and everyone wants a feather.
When the man finds the Ogre, he takes the feathers with the help of the girl, and they run away together.
The Ogre is defeated and gets stuck in a boat.
