I was provided an opportunity of a lifetime in June 2015, which i just could not pass up. I was given a place as trainee on a 49m tall ship. The voyage would take me from Dublin city via The Isle of Man to Liverpool before returning to Dublin. Due to the spectacular photographic possibilities that would be on offer, I set myself a challenge. This challenge was to capture the sailing experience from a viewers perspective rather than through a camera. The shots which are particularly beautiful are the sunsets and sunrise shots framed by either rigging, sail or nautical instruments of the tall ship.
