These logotypes were developed alongside a client who was a bit unsure about what he wanted. I did manage to get out a few good options before we parted ways.
The company's angle had to do with consulting with businesses & government agencies/departments on an operations level while also helping them to 'innovate' in key areas which will help them grow & perform.
Seeing as how working with people would've been a big component in the workings of Just Innovation, this icon/mark was developed to represent that human element and convey a humanist theme.
