The client was very open minded about the design options chosen, and it became possible to adopt a contemporary architecture soluction for this project. Once the site has a strong slope we choose to create a building on several floors and thus can create a set of forms consisting on balconies, projecting roofs, interior patio with small garden and large planes of glass.

The patio are the center of the project and all house are developed around them. This patio has two acesses, from the kitchen and from the living-room.
