The hotel project, in Gdynia’s district– Orłowo, was designed to replace the abandoned sanatorium from the Communism period. The main goal was to remove the unused building, renovate the natural landscape and to propose a solution for a small hotel with restaurant and parking space. The building was designed, to be almost unseen from the nearby “Orłowski pier” , but at the same time allowing the hotel, restaurant or regular “Trójmiejski park” guests to admire the view of the gulf of Gdansk. This was only possible , by designing multi-storey terraces, accessible from many levels. The elevator allows disabled people to access the beach and all terraces directly from the hotel.
