Cinco Jotas opened a Restaurant & Grill at famous ski-resort Baqueira, right by the slopes to offer the best ibérico ham to hungry skiers. We helped them by creating the "Grill Baqueira" subbrand and a Newspaper-style menu. In the menu you'll not only find savoury snacks and full meals but also information on the history of ibérico ham, its health benefits, how it's made and how best to serve it along with tasting notes of the different ibérico products offered.
