It was my mother who stimulated my deep interest in home cooking in my childhood. I will never forget wonderful smell coming from her unique glutinous rice eaten with roasted pork. Making glutinous rice her own way is hard work, but it really pays off. Her soft rice melts in your mouth and leaves you with an unforgettable impression! My mother makes this delicious dish only on special occasions. I used to help my mother out with her cooking and was extremely fond of cooking as a child.
 
Cooking has been my job since I started my own restaurant. Most customers really enjoy my dishes and love the friendly atmosphere in our restaurant.
 
I wrote this recipe book from my experience with the hope that it will help you to make tasty Vietnamese dishes for yourselves and your family.
