PROTON PERDANA "NUTS"

PROTON PERDANA Launch: "NUTS"                                    40”

We open on a street late at night in a park (somewhere like Taiping Lake Gardens). Only the street lamps and the moonlight illuminate the scene. We hear a group of mail voices singing and laughing. It’s a group of 3 jolly squirrels staggering down the road on their way home from a night out. One of the Squirrels who we’ll now call Scotty is carrying two nuts (not his own).
Scotty and the gang are too caught up in their jokes and nut juggling to notice a speeding car heading in their direction. The squirrels continue on their merry way then suddenly the car turns the corner and heads straight at them. The Squirrels scatter, all except Scotty who has stopped frozen in his tracks (not unlike a rabbit or a deer in a headlight, buts its not its Scotty the squirrel). We see Scotty’s nuts drop as he braces for the impact. We then cut to a dynamic low angle of the car as it swerves missing Scotty by mere millimeters. Then cut to a top shot of the car still in total control and balance as it drives through frame. We cut back to Scotty and he has lost his nuts. Another beauty shot of the car.
V/O The new________.  Now with ride and handling by ________.
Cut to slo mo shot of car negotiating a sharp bend it misses the camera by millimeters.
