In 2012, I was an intern in the Community Relations Department of Via Christi Hospital - Pittsburg where I had the opportunity to design marketing publications such as posters, brochures, and advertisements as well as prepare designs for in-house events.
This is a poster design for an employee empowerment campaign known as AIDET, which stands for Acknowledge,Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You. The poster is not meant to really explainexactly was AIDET is just yet. It was created to peak the interest and curiosity of the staff before the actualcampaign is rolled out. The theme was super heroes and comic books.
These are examples of designs created for the outdoor LED display. Every month has it’s own unique awareness campaigns that are featured on this sign.
Via Christi introduced a new Women's Center to their hospital in the month of April and required invitations to be sent to donators, doctors, and other organizations for the unveiling. The colors were brown and green to convey a soothing atmosphere. (logo is corporate design)
