NUEVE is a project starting from 2 old rooms of a large, ancient house.Ā
My client wanted an apartment for a small family of three members. The project consists on:
-adding an intermediate level for an open area;
-turn the big room into living/dinning room + kitchen + bathroom;
-leaving the small room as the main bedroom.
The old construction facade was made of brick seen; we decided to leave it, however we gave it a modern touch adding new materials and elements.Ā
