With the beginning of construction works on the new train station in Stuttgart (Germany), 'Stuttgart21', is expected to become the biggest construction site in all of Europe, resistance to the project grew stronger and stronger. Some of the protesters built a camp in the city´s park to prevent any construction work there. The series title, wich means 'the development of new urban districts in the heart of the city', is a slogan of the principles of the project. paradoxically, with the establishment of the campsite, this development has already begun.
The series was awarded 3rd in Architecture category at 'Sony World Photography Awards 2011', 1st in Oceans series category at 'Photo Annual Awards 2011' and won the european architecture photography award 2013.
