Nowadays, touristic industry is one of the biggest form of international trade which is developing quite dynamically. Hotel-touristic complexes assist development of tourism, and also expansion of communication between people and development of cultural connections. Now the highest touristic potential in Ukraine has a region of Carpathians. It is connected with it`s unique natural formation. The object of this project is a hotel-touristic complex in Carpathian.
The main theme of this project is creation of comfort terms for tourists due to a plan decision of comfortable cottages and by the infrastructure of objects, providing his whole-year employment. The search of architectural and artistic idea of all complex is based on the analysis of composition features of relief and environment. Territory has a very expedient location. Individual entrance make complex quite an isolated area from the surrounding towns and motorways.
That`s way the territory does not suffer from environmental and noise pollution. The main concept of three-dimensional compositions is to use 3 types of cottages which is distributed by the number of living: for 2 persons, 3-4 persons- Family type, 6-8 persons- Touristic. The whole vacation complex has 48 buildings construction, which combined together by a common architectural design.
