A couple of expressive tile designs developed to cover plain surfaces in interior spaces. Inspired by the graphical interpretations of music, this results pop out of the abstraction and modulation of shapes to create textures.

Sponsored project by MASISA to develop commercial products for Interior Design applications resulting from the exploration of the material and its structural and aesthetical capabilities.

This project has been awarded with the 2016 National Design Prize México Diseña's 1st place in Decoration category.

MASISA is t he largest fiberboard producer in Latin America, has always been a great promoter of Design in this region taking advantage of creative thinking to develop new solutions and applications for their product.

Emerge Mx worked as an intermediary between young designers and possible clients in need for product development or research. Now, Emerge Mx is the first publication focused on design critique in Mexico helping to generate a closer design community.
